How do I get involved?
Your initial step should be to create a subscription to the Information Reservation mailing list here. You must be on the reservations list to be able to buy. The current point in the process is to assess the interest in our project. Interest in the project will define our initial scope. There are plans for an initial 40 Units in Stage 1.

Back To FAQ
Do I own my unit?
Yes. The ownership is just the same as a residential condominium. You own the land and the building.

Back To FAQ
Will there be monthly costs associated with my unit?
Yes there will be. An early estimate on the monthly fees is $50 per month, per unit. The monthly fees would pay for water, common area electricity, facility repairs, insurance and property taxes, snow removal, landscape maintenance, and any other common cost.

Back To FAQ
What size units are available?
There will be three standard sizes available. Main units have a standard depth of fifty five feet (55') and a few have a seventy five (75') foot depth, all have door heights of 14'. The main variable is the width of each unit. Units vary in width, they are either 18'or 24' Some Units can be combined side to side. We will not be offering any pull-through spaces in Stage 1.

Back To FAQ
Can I combine two units together to create a larger one?
Yes. Units can be combined side by side.

Back To FAQ
Are there restrictions on my use of the unit?
Yes, there will be some restrictions. Noise levels, pollutants, fire hazards, outside storage etc, nothing more than common sense items. The storage is limited to only the storage of Recreational Vehicles, i.e., RV's, cars, ATV, Dune Buggies etc. In other words, if your vehicle is 'fun' it is allowed in this project. Commercial vehicles are not allowed, i.e., Tractors, dump trucks, graders etc. As we define the CC&R's for the community, they will be posted here. Before you actually purchase a unit, a complete legal version of the CC&R's will be provided to you as required by law.

Back To FAQ
Will there be a dump station?
Yes. There will be a dump station in the Stage 1 development.

Back To FAQ
Will there be a wash area?
Yes. There will be a heated wash stall in the Stage 1 development.

Back To FAQ
Who pays for the gas, electricity, or phone service in my unit?
Each unit will be individually metered. When you buy your unit, you will open an account with the local utility provider just as you would with any condominium. You will then receive a monthly bill for usage.

Back To FAQ
Are unit sizes flexible?
Yes some are. We have designed some units in Stage 1 so the dividing partition can be removed and any two units, side by side can be combined. We will not be offering any 'pull through' spaces in Stage 1.

Back To FAQ
How wide is the driveway between buildings?
There will be 65' wide spaces to maneuver in. Those with 5th wheels and 45' coaches will have ample maneuvering room.

Back To FAQ
Can I live in my unit?
These are storage condos only, you may not live in your condo. City ordinances make this clear and the CC&R's will detail these conditions as well.

Back To FAQ
Can I operate a business from my unit?
The type of storage allowed is limited to non-commercial Recreational Vehicles. Owners will not be allowed to operate a business from their condo.

Back To FAQ
Can I work on my vehicle in my unit?
Yes. As long as all your work is done inside your condo. The CC&R's will prohibit using the outside common area for a workshop to ensure the outside of the property will remain spotless and clean at all times.

Back To FAQ
Can I use my unit for a hobby/workshop?
Yes. However there will be restrictions on noise, fumes, dust, etc. These restrictions will be spelled out in great detail in the CC&R's for all potential buyers before units are to be sold.

Back To FAQ
Is there a clubhouse?
Yes. In Stage 1 a small clubhouse is planned. In the clubhouse there will be restrooms, showers, WIFI access, chairs etc.

Back To FAQ
Will there be bathrooms inside each unit?
No. City zoning restricts us to locate community bathrooms and showers in the club house.

Back To FAQ
Will there by financing available?
Previous efforts at building these storage condos were limited due to a lack of financing. Lending institutions did not consider storage condos in the same light as a residential condo. Times have changed and many lending institutions offer convenient financing. As we get closer to the next stages of the project, we will post local and regional lenders of choice on the web site so you can begin exploring your options.

Back To FAQ
Can I rent out my unit?
Yes. There are no restrictions in renting out your unit.

Back To FAQ
Will there be security?
Yes. Security is a top priority for this project. Security cameras will cover all the common areas, as well as at the entrance to the facility. Each owner will have his or her own security code and access keys. Additionally, Owners will have the option of viewing the security cams live via the Internet.

Back To FAQ
Will there be an on-site manager?
No. The property will be under the watchful eyes of local city and county law enforcement. We will have a management company in place to take care of maintenance, billing, and other related tasks.

Back To FAQ
What is a Luxury Toy Corner?
Each corner unit will have access to an auxiliary storage area to house their smaller 'Toys' such as cars, boats, toads, etc. These will be accessed from within the main unit through a 10' x 10' rollup door.

Back To FAQ
Are these units tall enough for an RV?
Yes. The tallest RV allowed in most states and Canadian Provinces is 13 feet 6 inches. Each unit will have a clear height of 14' and an internal ceiling height of 18'.

Back To FAQ
Is there security in each unit?
The units will come with an alarm system on each door. Monitoring will be provided by the association.

Back To FAQ
Can I access my unit 24 x 7?
Yes. Remember, you own your condo. You can access the property any time you wish, including holidays.

Back To FAQ
When will the units be built?
We are in the initial phases of the Project. At this time an estimate of a build date is a ways out. We will keep you updated on a regular basis through the mailing list. To stay updated, please subscribe here to stay informed as updates become available.

Back To FAQ
How will the reservations be handled?
Your initial subscription to the mailing list is called an 'Information Reservation'. These reservations can be made here. Those that have taken the time to make an Information Reservation will given the opportunity to make a deposit in a later stage of the project. These deposits will be on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified through the mailing initially, then by mail. You will be able to visit the web site and make your unit selection and mail in your deposit and application. We have every reason to believe these units will sell out in a very short time once the purchasing window is opened.
